Easyflex provides temporary employment agencies with smart remuneration software, enabling them to compensate flex workers accurately, promptly, and in compliance with the latest regulations. Despite experiencing significant growth in recent years, the company had not fully prioritised their external communication efforts. Fortunately, Easyflex recognized the missed opportunities to enhance their brand awareness. Turning to ZUID, they asked us to develop a plan to bolster their marketing efforts and co-pilot the tactical execution to ensure a seamless and effective ascent in visibility.

ZUID created a marketing communication plan and campaign concept to assist Easyflex in standing out and moving forward. This resulted in three campaign flights, each tailored with its own message, target audience, and performance indicators, all working together to boost brand awareness. A photo shoot, combined with realistic 3D visualisations, provided a striking and consistent brand style for all campaign material. Additionally, we utilised advertorials, sponsored content in trade publications, online advertisements, organic social media posts, informative white papers, customer interviews, and email automations for lead nurturing to complement the campaign efforts.

Thanks to the marketing strategy, Easyflex is now a visible brand. The strategy efficiently guided communication across different channels and touchpoints in the customer journey. We implemented HubSpot marketing and sales software to manage these touchpoints, analyse and refine campaigns, gather lead information, and automate marketing tasks. This ensures ZUID can sustain the visibility and effectiveness of the campaigns, acting as a dependable co-pilot every step of the way—before, during, and after each campaign launch.
