ZLM has a range of insurance for everyone in the North Brabant and Zeeland areas. Given their broad product range, ZLM needed to ensure it was visible and easily accessible to its diverse audiences. And they needed to do this in a way that positively impacted the brand attitude and recognition. ZUID’s challenge? To set up a collection of always-on campaigns and to fill them with content that continued to be relevant and captivating.

Step one to achieving ZLM’s goals was the content strategy. What outcome did we want? Who were we going to reach? And how should we go about doing this? In weekly sessions with the ZLM content team, we outlined the content of blogs, social posts, real-time marketing, video productions and social media campaigns. And to complete the picture, we also translated themed communication campaigns into striking social content.

Over a 6-month period, we reached over 6,000,000 individuals with ZLM's "always-on content," resulting in an average of four interactions per person with ZLM's social content. Building on this success, ZUID developed and executed a three-month campaign aimed at enhancing ZLM's top-of-mind awareness among individuals moving in the housing market. Our next objective is to continue captivating ZLM's audience with above-the-line content.
