A pitch is the perfect moment to discover whether we're a good match. We get to know your organisation and give you a taste of our determination and infectious energy. We do everything we can to surprise you with ideas and perspectives you never thought possible. We won't settle for less, we promise.
But before we get to that, we'll first share a few guidelines that make the process fairer, faster and more valuable.

Ask a clear question: a strategic issue, a creative challenge, or a specific proposition. That gives you the best chance to see what an agency really has to offer.
Have agencies present their plans in the same week. This allows you to compare energy, ideas, and approach without enthusiasm cooling off.
Participating in a pitch is a significant investment for agencies. Only do it if there is a real partnership to be gained.
Provide agencies a clear budget for their hours. This allows you to compare efforts and ideas fairly, without having to weigh apples against oranges.
Combine a pitch presentation with a visit to the pitching agency. Ultimately, you are not only choosing an idea, but also a team, a dynamic, and an atmosphere. On location, you will get a good overall picture of all these aspects.
Allowing a maximum of three agencies to pitch ensures clarity, focus and the best choice.
The ideas that win an agency the contract fom the basis of your collaboration. Compensate for that investment so that the agency does not start with a financial disadvantage. That way, everyone starts on equal terms.
