There is still a world to win.

Everyone is welcome here. But we also see that our profession and office are not yet a model of diversity. So with these nice words alone, we are not there. That is why ZUID is working on an organization-wide vision with an action plan to make the diversity within our team work for us (inclusion) and further expand it.

Here's what we do for that:
- Develop a practical DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Culture) policy
- An internal task force has been created that starts with quick wins in the DEI area and then develops strategic policies.
- Where our knowledge stops, we seek help from external DEI experts

Often out of personal motivation, but especially with a heart for the subject, we give substance to the many aspects of DEI that affect our organization, employees, customers and assignments.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy (under development) is based on a number of key pillars:

Awareness and Training: We invest in educational programs to make our team aware of the value of diversity and inclusion, as well as the challenges that diverse individuals may face.

Recruitment policy
: We are committed to attracting a diverse workforce by providing a wide range of recruitment channels and actively seeking talent from diverse backgrounds.

Equal Opportunities and Promotion: We ensure that equal opportunities are provided to all our employees, regardless of their origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, etc. We stimulate growth and promotion based on competence and performance.

Culture and Work Environment: We're working to create a culture where everyone feels valued and heard. We encourage open communication and take the necessary steps to reduce discrimination and prejudice.

: We strive to work with organizations and communities that are committed to diversity and inclusion, to learn from them and contribute to a more inclusive society.c
